Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms apply to any order placed on duxwave.com. Any order implies full acceptance of these conditions.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros including taxes. Payment is made by credit card (Stripe) or PayPal. Transactions are secured by SSL encryption and 3D Secure protocol.

3. Delivery

Items are made on demand and dispatched within 48 working hours after production. Estimated delivery: France 3-5 days, Europe 5-8 days, International 8-15 days.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Art. L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification. Customized items are excluded.

5. Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects.
